Leak · Hours · AI for operations

Stop paying people to copy and paste.

Most teams lose hours every week moving the same details from one place to another. I set up AI assistants that do the retyping and sorting, and a person still approves anything that matters.

Leak · Money · Cloud cost optimisation

Your cloud bill has fat in it.

Cloud providers charge for what you switch on, not what you use. Test servers left running all weekend, backups of backups, machines three sizes too big.

Leaking

Try it: tap lines on the bill to stamp a fix. Three fixes closes the leak.

Leak · Open doors · Security as a service

    Security you can actually see.

Good security is layers. If one misses, the next one catches it. I run those layers for you, watch them around the clock, and report back in sentences you can read.

    Leaking

Try it: launch an attack, then switch on all four layers.

IT set up properly, in 30 days.

      How I work

      Four rules I don't bend.

      You own everything.

Every account, password and licence is in your name. You can leave whenever you like and keep all of it.

      Plain English, always.

If I can't explain a recommendation in two sentences, it isn't ready to recommend.

      AI drafts. People decide.

Automation does the busywork. Anything touching money, customers or access goes past a person first.

      Written down.

Everything I set up is documented, so anyone competent could take it over tomorrow.

      About

      About Rajan Gohil

I work on the systems underneath a business, and I explain them so the people paying for them know what they're getting.

I'm based in Waterloo, Ontario. I work with businesses across Waterloo Region in person and with clients elsewhere in Canada remotely. The work covers the cloud accounts, the networks, the logins, and now the AI tools that sit on top of them. The goal is always the same: cheaper, safer, less work.

I also research and write about what breaks and why. My analysis of the July 2024 CrowdStrike outage, and what it means for businesses that depend on a single vendor, is the most-read piece I've published.

      Verified AI training

Fluent in the AI I put to work.

I've completed all five AI Fluency courses on Claude Academy, Anthropic's learning platform. They cover using AI well, safely and responsibly, from small business operations to building with it. Each badge links to its public verification page.

      Where is your business leaking?

About a minute. Nothing leaves this page. You'll see which of the four leaks to close first.

      Questions

      Things people usually ask.

Do you only work with businesses in Waterloo?

No. I'm based in Waterloo, Ontario, and work on-site across Waterloo Region, including Waterloo, Kitchener and Cambridge, and nearby areas like Guelph. AI, cloud and security work can be done remotely for businesses anywhere in Canada.

What size of business do you work with?

Small and growing businesses that don't have a full-time IT or security team, or whose team needs an extra pair of hands on a specific project.

What happens on the first call?

It's a 30-minute conversation about what's going on in your business. You'll leave with a first read on where the leak is and what closing it would involve. There's no obligation.

Do we have to replace our current IT provider?

No. I can work alongside an existing provider or in-house person, or take on just the piece you need, like a cloud cost review or a security check.

Will AI tools have access to our data?

Only the data a task needs, inside accounts your business owns. A person approves anything involving money, customers or access.

Who owns the accounts and passwords?

You do. Every account, password and licence is set up in your business's name, and everything is documented so you're never locked in.
