AI automation for small businesses in Waterloo.
Your team didn't join to retype invoices. I set up AI assistants that take the copying, sorting and first drafts off their plate, inside the tools you already use, with a person approving anything that touches money, customers or access.

- Customer emails sit unanswered because nobody has time to sort them.

- You've tried an AI tool, but nobody trusts it with real work.

Common questions.
Is my data safe with AI tools?
I use business-grade AI services that don't train on your data, set up inside accounts your business owns. Each assistant only sees the information its task needs.
Do we need to change our software?
Usually not. The assistants connect to the email, accounting and file tools you already use, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks or Xero.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Anything it isn't sure about, or anything over the limits you set, goes to a person to check. Nothing involving money, customers or access goes through without approval.
